How does the photo shoot work?
Preparation

• THE ASSIGNMENT (BRIEF)
   

  3 weeks before the photo shoot

  We will meet with you so that you can tell us what you want. We want to know as much as possible about you, your interests and personality, and about your company, so that we can create the best design for you. One that will present you perfectly.

• DEVELOPING A CONCEPT
   

  3 weeks before the photo shoot

  Our creative directors will meet and brainstorm how to best capture your personality or that of your team. We converse with each other, resulting in a photo shoot plan customised just for you. Our goal is to shoot images with which you can relate. Do you like our design? Then let's go!

• PHOTO SHOOT SCRIPT AND CALCULATION

  3 weeks before the photo shoot

  We will incorporate any comments or wishes you may have into the final photo production script. We will submit both to you before the photo shoot for approval. And then the preparations can begin in full swing.

• PREPARING THE STYLING

  1-2 weeks before the photo shoot

  The stylist is off to the stores and borrows appropriate clothing, footwear, and accessories. Everything must work well together and correspond with the chosen concept. They will prepare several options, and will consult with you on the ideal solutions prior to the shoot.

• PREPARING THE PROPS

  1-2 weeks before the photo shoot

  The decorative stylist is responsible for securing suitable props. Do you want a managerial portrait with, perhaps, a lion? Or a photo of your child in a sea of balloons? A stylised portrait often requires a lot of preparation.

• SEARCHING FOR A LOCATION

  1-2 weeks before the photo shoot

  The location scout embarks into the terrain to find the best place for your photo shoot. Whether you want a luxurious Baroque interior, a circus big top, or a photo shoot on the wing of an airplane. We will find it and arrange for permission to shoot.

D Day: the photo shoot

• MAKE-UP, HAIRSTYLING, STYLING

  Several people will be taking care of you. They apply makeup, style hair, and clothing. Makeup and hair must remain perfect, even after several hours of shooting photos. They make sure that the borrowed clothing looks great, and also ensure that it isn't destroyed and can be returned.

• PRODUCTION
  
  

  The production staff have their hands full. They have to make sure that everyone and everything is always in place so that they can keep to the script, schedule, and budget. And so that everyone feels great about the photo shoot. They will arrange for catering, anything you may need in the trailer, and everything else.

• THE PHOTOGRAPHER
  
  

  The photographer and assistant set up the lighting and look for the best composition. They keep to the script, but thanks to their creativity and experience, are able to take the chosen concept further so that it captures your personality perfectly.

After the photo shoot

• CHOOSING PHOTOS
   

  The day after the photo shoot

  We often select from several thousand photographs, and the best ones are then handed over to the retoucher for editing. We know from experience that choosing the right photograph is often just as complex as taking the picture itself.

• POST-PRODUCTION AND RETOUCHING

  2-5 days after the photo shoot

  Our retouchers can do just about anything. If you want, they will eliminate wrinkles and brighten eyes, or trim waistlines. Portraits shot in the studio can be placed into any environment, perhaps even the beach.

• DELIVERING THE IMAGES
   

  One week after the photo shoot

  We send you a preview of the retouched photographs. As soon as you approve their final appearance, we will send them to you in full resolution. You can choose your method of delivery: over an ftp server, or on a DVD.
